Onboard new hires, facilitating role-playing sessions, identifying skills gaps, and developing training materials (workshops, e-learning) to ensure sales teams meet targets.
  • Marketing Strategy: Developing advertising campaigns, managing digital channels, and planning product launches, website review and enhancement, create leads/funnel,
  • Customer Insights: Analyzing market research and customer data to improve retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Leading sales enablement and aligning marketing efforts with financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Managing marketing departments, including directors and creative teams. Developing and implementing a company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
